Four minutes up, and the whole of Dubrovnik — walls, Lokrum, the Elaphiti — spreads out below you, with the Panorama restaurant and a small war museum at the summit. Honest caveat: at ~€30 return for a 3-minute ride, it’s the most price-complained attraction in Dubrovnik. The budget play is the hiking trail up (free, under an hour, rocky) and the cable car one-way down. Go for sunset or walk down; book online to skip the lower-station queue.
